This innovatively designed hotel is very well located for exploring on foot all the main sights of the city, and is close to the river in the old part of central Bilbao.

The receptionists and staff of the hotel were very friendly. Check-in and check-out was quick. Great location, in the center of Bilbao, next to Carrefour and facilities with very good food. Close to the metro and tram. The room was clean enough. Comfortable bed. It would be nice if there was a coffee maker and herbs in the room. In general, I recommend.
