- Enjoyed the view- Thankful for the room upgrade- Location- Freindly staffWanted to book another night at end of our week that we wanted to come back before we leave town another night and they would not honor same price we paid for 2 nights at the beginning of our trip.

The room was very modern chic, great design, very comfortable, excellent bathroom.The hotel restaurant, Bacinos, was marvelous.Food, drinks, and staff excellent.Overall I loved everything about my stay.I could here the elevator from my room all night. Spendy for such a small room.

The room was great - small but exactly what my husband and I needed. We had a fab view of the river over St. Patrick's Day weekend so it was green!We loved the location - so close to a ton of restaurants/bars and just a walk or short bus ride to really great shopping!Also they have a filtered water station on every floor which was a surprising perk.

Room was great--small, but very comfortable.Cannot beat the location, very close and convenient to all the Michigan Ave. favorites and the "L".Would stay there again!Had a drippy water faucet in the bathroom.Coffee was not tolerable, but there was a small bakery around the corner that you could get coffee from.

The location was absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly, and answered every question with a smile. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel in august!No complaints

Location and affordability were excellentI'm not sure if this is something I didn't like as much as I do not travel to large cities frequently. We had a hard time locating the hotel and when we did locate it we weren't sure where to park. When we pulled up to the front of the hotel to ask, the vallet was right there to assist us with our luggage and parking.

Location was Awesome. View of river & the city was great. First time.staying downtown Chicago. Would.stay at this hotel again. The late checkout @ 6:00pm was AMAZING.- No service elevators for construction crew in the 18th floor.- Water in the shower was cooler than usual- Not enough drawer space

It was affordable and the location was amazing. Walking distance to everything! The staff were all wonderful. The architecture was beautiful. The onsite restaurant was great! And I proposed to my girlfriend there, on 3/17/2013.
