The property’s reception opening hours are:
– Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00
– Saturday : 08:00 to 20:00
– Sunday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00

Renovation work of the air conditioning will be carried out from 26/06/2025 to 15/07/2025.

Please note the swimming pool is not heated and is open from mid-April to end of October.

Our playground is currently closed.

Price includes: accommodation, bed linen, toilet linen, household linen (bathmat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and the kitchen corner), basic WiFi access (for 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and search), charge and tax (except city tax and application fee).

Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival. The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation.

External work on the air conditioning system will be carried out. The cooling system will be turned off during September. In the meantime, fans will be available to keep you cool and comfortable. With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

For multiproperty, the baby kit can be booked on site only, directly with the reception

Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

A reservation of more than 5 rooms or 20 people will be considered as a group, the group conditions may therefore apply to it.

You can now have maintenance kits with a sponge, dishwasher pad, cloth and all-purpose cleaner. There is also the availability of bathroom welcome products: soap + shampoo/ shower gel solid.
