Parking must be booked on site.

Prices include : accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access (to 5 devices to navigate, e-mails reading and researches), a TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax).

Please note that free limited WiFi access is available for up to 5 devices.

After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Please note that any modification may incur a fee.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

We welcome your pet upon presentation of the pet’s passport:
€75/ pet/ week or €12/ pet/ day (stays from 1 to 6 nights) or €150/ pet for 14 nights and more.

Please note: dogs of category 1 or 2 are not accepted.

If you come by train, funicular is offered. Open every day from 7.30am to 9pm and until 11pm on Thursday. Funicular to Arc 1600 then free shuttles to the other sites in the resort of Les Arcs.La struttura non è disponibile per feste di addio al nubilato/celibato o simili.
