If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.

Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.

Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath towels, household line, cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen corner), basic low-speed WiFi (browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee).

With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Please note that any modification may incur a fee.

Reception opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 - Saturday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00
Sunday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 18:30 (from 1/06 to 30/09)

Pets are allowed for 75€ per week or 12€ per day.到着予定時刻をに事前に連絡してください。
チェックインの際、写真付きの身分証明書とクレジットカードの提示が必要となります。特別リクエストは確約ではなく、チェックイン時の状況により利用できない場合があり、また追加料金が必要となる可能性があります。
18歳未満のゲストは、親または正式な保護者の同伴がある場合のみチェックインできます。
ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。
