If you want to modify or cancel your reservation just you will put you in touch with BOOKING Customer Service. Reminder : If you have booked a "Non-refundable" rate, the stays booked are neither exchangeable, nor refundable, nor modifiable. No request for modification or cancellation will be taken into account.

Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except city tax and handling fees).

Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.

For an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Beach located 400 m from the residence. Sandy beach supervised in season: snacks, restaurants nearby, nautical activities within 1 km and labeled beach

Pets are allowed and paid within the residence and there is a covered parking place paying to book close to the residence.

We welcome your pet upon presentation of the animal’s passport: 75€ / animal/ week or 11€ / animal/ day (stays 1 to 6 nights)
