In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Cars are not allowed inside Val Thorens. It is mandatory for all visitors to pay to park in the car park outside of the resort during their stay. This is a public car park that does not belong to the residence.

Reception opening hours during summer:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00

Reception opening hours during winter:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 .
- Saturday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 .
- Sunday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
For stays of 1 week, keys are available at 17:00 and must be returned at 10:00.
