In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Reception opening hours: "monday, tuesday, thursday, friday and sunday: 08:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 - wenesday: 08:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 - saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00".

Prices include: accommodation, all taxes and charges (except local tax), TV, bed linen, WiFi basic access (to 5 devices for navigate, reading e-mail and research), towels, 1 cleaning kit (to be left at the apartment), end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen area and the washing up).

For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost per person.

Check-in is at 17:00 and check-out is at 10:00. For an extra cost, you will be able to choose the floor and the number of your accommodation. Please call the property in advance to organise this. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
