Very clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.A bit further away from the center of town but no problem if you have a car.

David and Sharon, owners and front desk staff were excellent and so helpful when we arrived.We were able to Check in a bit early and Sharon booked all our tours for us and gave us good suggestions on what to do and see during our 3 day stay in Cairns.Although it was a 20 min. walk to city centre, rides were provided, and it was only a 2 min. walk down to the esplanade and a very easy walk downtown.The tours suggested by Sharon we all great and we didn't have to plan anything!Nothing.

The rooms were of a good size 2 double beds and single. We were given all cleaning products for the kitchen i.e liquid, cloth , tea towel. The bathroom had shower gel , shampoo, conditioner and soap. Pool was great and quiet. Staff were friendly, free shuttle bus to town and airport -at set times. Quiet area.20-25 min walk to town, but nice walk along Esplanade

David & Sharon the owners were absolutely fantastic, and went out oftheir way to make sure we had an amazing time. They have owned the hotelfor 18 months, yet you would think they've done it all their lives.Everything is perfectly organised, the rooms were large, the beds werecomfortable, and despite being a 20 min walk to the city centre, thiswas never an inconvenience as the shuttle service gets you there in notime at all, then there are regular busses to take you home. All in allan unforgettable stay in CairnsA little far from city center.

Staff were friendly, helpful, room was very clean and spacious. Also the free drop-off and pick-up (plus towels) for reef trips is perfect. Good variety for brekkie!Nothing!!!

Easy to access, spacious with self contained facilities (if needed) - great breakfast cooked by owner (hot breakfast if requested) - certainly out ranked a "resort" we stayedwhile at Port Douglas after (Easter)All Good.

I recently travelled to cairns and stayed in reef palms with my three daughters. The owners were very helpful, booking trips to reef etc, providing us with clean beach and bath towels daily, running regular drop offs into town etc. I definitely recommend reef palms and am planning another trip back there and will be taking a couple of other families with me
