very comfortable with an excellent location and good staffBreakfast a little disappointing - orange juice was watered down. Notedstains on carpet in our bedroom and some furniture in lounge looking alittle tatty round the edges.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Edinburgh.I would particularlylike to comment on the staff. We found all of the staff to be exceptional but in particular, Raquel, of the front line staff was amazing. She met every request and inquiry with a professional but caring attitude! Well done!I just found strange the fact that in the bedroom of our friend had anespresso machine from Nesperesso, what there was not in our room, eventhough we have paid the same rate.The breakfast is very expensive, evenby British standards, and Scots. Eu apenas estranhei o fato de que nodormitório de nossa amiga havia uma máquina de café expresso daNesperesso, o que não havia em nosso quarto, embora tenhamos pago amesma tarifa. O café da manhã é extremamente caro, mesmo para os padrõesbritânicos e escoceses.

Great location, still very quiet.Good value for money.Friendly and helpful staff.The business class room had an empty mini bar, the carpets were badly stained and worn, not the quality you would expect for the price.

The fact that the eating area in the breakfast room was separated from the food area.The cleanliness and minimalist design.The beautiful and low-key exterior of the building (though presumably strict planning laws affect the use of signage).The friendly and attentive staff.The prompt response when we reminded Reception that we'd asked for a sheet and blanket rather than a duvet.

The hotel is very well located on the main street of the historic centerof the city. The hotel's facade impresses by the beauty and rusticity.The staff are friendly. The room is quite large and the bed is verycomfortable. The window's view is fantastic. O hotel está muito bemlocalizado, na principal rua do centro histórico da cidade. A fachada dohotel impressiona pela beleza e rusticidade. Os funcionários sãobastante polidos e simpáticos. O quarto é bastante amplo e a cama decasal é bem confortável.

We had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu last weekend. The staff could not have been friendlier. The two Concierge men Jamie and Phil were so helpful. We couldnt have asked for a better service!Room needs redecorated

Perfect location right on the Royal Mile so couldn't have been morecentral! Bedding of good quality, comfortable big bed. Good selectionof toiletries. Pretty building - very stylish. Plenty of staff onhand to help.

Good staff and locationWith the exception of the bathroom, the light was rather poor. An extra roof light above the desk should be considered (it would greatly ease the packing of bags process)

The hotel was lovely and in a good location with plenty to do round about.the bath was a little small and there was sometimes sound to be heard from the elevators but this was not too intrusive.

Nothing stood out compared to the numerous hotels i have stayed in.Unfortunately found it quite noisy , bar opposite on the night and cleaners were v noisy in our corridor in the morning , toilets were quite far away from the bar on the evening, also should provide bottles of water in the rooms , there was no mini bar

The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and inviting with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent; particularly the fried eggs.There were some repairs going on near our room and as a result we were woken up on two separate days by banging and drilling. The second occasion was 9am which, i felt, was disgusting.
