Room 2 is a double room with a 28m2 (248 ft2) total area, private bathroom inside the room and an exterior covered area. Located at the center of the house, on the ground floor, it is furnished with historical pieces of the property, having independent exterior access through a centenary arcade. It has direct access to the ground floor living room and capacity to comfortably accommodate 2 people with the possibility of an extra bed or cot upon request. It can be booked along with Room 1 and Room 4, enabling the occupation of an entire wing of the house for exclusive use, including the living room, with the maximum capacity to accommodate 6 people. Because of that, these are the rooms which offer the most complete set of facilities in the entire house.

Room 3 is a triple room with a 43m2 (462 ft2) total area and private bathroom inside the room. Furnished with historical pieces of the property - including a handmade carpet with over 100 years and a bed from the XVIII century - it is located West, on ground floor, having independent exterior access. It is the most spacious room of the entire house, having the capacity to comfortably accommodate 3 people with the possibility of an extra bed or cot(s) upon request.

Room 8, with a 16m2 (172 ft2) area, Faces the entrance garden, it has a single bed and a stone niche exposing the original construction of the house. From the entire house, it is the closest room to the main entrance and to the first floor living room. The bathroom is shared between this room and Room 7. Combine this room with Room 7 to create a private family area that can accommodate up to people. It can be booked along with Room 1 and Room 2, enabling the occupation of an entire wing of the house for exclusive use, including the living room, with the maximum capacity to accommodate 6 people. Because of that, these are the rooms which offer the most complete set of facilities in the entire house.

Room 5 is a double room with 17m2 (182 ft2) area that shares bathroom with only other room (Room 6). Furnished with recycled pallets made by a Local Social Reintegration Association, it is located on the 1st floor and faces North, with direct access to the outside balcony that connects the upper floor to the barbecue area. With capacity to comfortably accommodate 2 people, it's one of the rooms closest to the common kitchen.

Room 6 is a twin room with two beds (one single and one double), a 25m2 (270 ft2) area. At the center of the house, it has a double-size and a small double bed being the closest both to the first floor kitchen and entrance. Facing Southwest, it has a direct view to the gardens and is the only room in the house with its own fireplace. Shares bathroom with only other room (Room 5) and can accommodate up to 3 persons.

Room 7 is a family room which has the total area of 30m2 (323 ft2) with private bathroom, living room and terrace. With a mixed decor with recycled pallets furniture made by a Local Social Reinsertion Association and historical pieces of the property, is located on the 1st floor and is the most complete room of the entire house. Ideal to comfortably accommodate a family of 3 or 4, has the maximum capacity of 5 people with 2 extra beds or cots, upon request, highlighting the mezzanine at the master bedroom by its resemblance to a tree house.

Room 9 is a twin room with 18m2 (194 ft2). At the center of the house, it has two single beds and is accessible through a spiral staircase close to the first floor entrance and kitchen. The bathroom is shared between this room and Room 10. Combine this room with Room 10 to create a family area that can accommodate up to 4 people.
