Beautiful hotel and great staff. Loved the furnishings and the 24-hour availability of water, tea, and coffee in the lobby. Enjoyed relaxing and reading by the fireplace downstairs.No hot water for 2 daysFront Desk staff were at times rude and not helpful

space was well suited for 4 people travelingConceirge was knowledgeableWhen we stayed at this hotel outside of this hotel was under renovationso daytime we heard some noise of construction work. But hopefully thiswon't take longer and next guest will have comfortable stay.We arrived by car and parking wasn't free. It would be nice if we can park a car for free.

The staff was friendly and cooperative.The location was great, with plenty of good restaurants and shops within a few blocks of the hotel.The Victorian era furnishings added an element of elegance not generally found in hotels today.No hotel bar

We stayed this hotel for three nights. When we checked in a lady atreception told us oh you are upgraded. We thought how nice it ismoreover when we stepped in our room we lost our words, gourgeous kingsized bed caught our eyes. It was comfortable and we had good sleep,also wasn't face to busy road so we didn't hear any noice allthrough nights. Stuffs are also helpful and gave us a lots of help. Ifwe have chance to go back to San Francisco we would like to return thishotel again.It needs an upgrade from the 80's and all the flowery patterns. New beds as well very lumpy.
