These apartments lie in a former fishing village in Zempin, 100 metres from the Achterwasser Lake on the island of Usedom. Quartier 14 apartments offer a garden terrace and a fully equipped kitchen.

Built in 2004, the Quartier 14 apartments feature a separate bedroom as well as a large living room with a corner sofa, armchair and a 42-inch LCD TV with blu-ray player. The bathroom includes a bathtub.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the view of the Achterwasser Lake from the conservatory. A barbecue area is also available.
