Excellent location, very close, and the information center and the Parkwith waterfalls.Отличное расположение, очень близко информационный центр и парк с водопадами.Indifferent staff. Good price. Cleanniness. Close to the Falls and other attractions. Nice rooms. There is a caffee-bar and souvenir shop inside the hotel which is very convenient.Very old and bathroom needs to renovate

Pool area good and location good.the shower handle was falling appart and the keys we were given failed to work something about the batteries in the locking mechanism.it was very noisy - they were not able to control other loud guests (hockey tournament at 2:30 in the morning - they should all be given a separate floor

The staff was excellent, would have been a great time if we were able to sleep.The hotel is in need of some major renovations. The room was dingy. A used bottle of soda was still in the fridge. The toilet was not cleaned properly. It had several brown stains in the bowl. Theuit holding the microwave had enough dust on the top of it that I could write my name in it. Parking is at a premium and although they offerred to 'valet' park our car and leave the keys with them we were most hesitant to do that.
