Check-in to the apartment will only be allowed after the main guest agrees to the terms and conditions and completes the check-in form with an electronic signature. Clear passport copies of all guests must be provided in advance for registration purposes to ensure a smooth check-in. A security deposit of AED 500, collected by Booking.com, will be refunded via bank transfer within 5–7 business days following your departure. This refund is processed upon a successful post-stay inspection of the property. The cleaning service included in the cleaning fee covers post-stay cleaning. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra charge. Basic amenities such as toiletries, toothpaste, detergents, coffee capsules, and extra toiletries are not provided during the stay.
