IMPORTANT: We inform our customers that:

- For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality), the marriage certificate is mandatory and must be presented at registration.

- It is strictly prohibited to bring or consume illicit substances in the dwelling or residence.

- Sex tourism is strictly prohibited on pain of expulsion and immediate prosecution.

- You are asked to adopt a good attitude towards the neighbourhood (quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00) and respect local customs and customs. Parties and events are not allowed.

- If the nuisance rules are not respected, the agency reserves the right to evict tenants before the end of their stay.

- Any additional guests must be reported to the host.

- Only families, couples and mixed groups are allowed in our accommodation, according to the residence rules.

- With regard to the use of the pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for his family and children, the Agency is exempt from any liability for negligence of the tenant.
