Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit.
Please note if the reservation is canceled, the total amount plus all fees (including the service charge and taxes) are non-refundable.
Please note, there is ongoing sink hole repairs. Please be advised the resort is experiencing issues with sink holes forming behind the seawall near the ocean front units. The resort staff will be refilling the sink holes as quickly as they occur but there may be times where the project could be delayed due to storms, swells and weather conditions.
Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival.
Guests can expect to receive check in instructions seven days prior to arrival. Please contact property management with further questions.
