概要
Located on the Butte de Caumont hilltop with panoramic views of Houlgate, this residence is just a 20-minute walk from the beach and town centre. It offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool open from May to September. An ALGOTHERM spa with an indoor heated swimming pool measuring 12x5 metres, a sauna and a hammam are also available on site at an extra cost.
A private balcony or terrace features in all of the houses and apartments at Pierre & Vacances Premium Residence & Spa Houlgate. Each has a seating area and a TV with international channels. Free low-speed WiFi is available in all areas.
A kitchenette with hotplates is included in the accommodation at Spa Houlgate. Some kitchen areas have a Nespresso coffee machine.
Activities available in the area include excursions to the D-Day beaches.
Free private parking is possible on site subject to availability, and guests can also visit Trouville-sur-Mer, which is 22 km away. Alternatively, the reception can help organise yachting and tennis activities in the local area.

If you plan on arriving outside check-in times, please contact the property in advance in order to arrange key collection.
Prices include: all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax and the possible booking fees), TV, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, beds made on arrival, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), low-speed WiFi access and 2 bathrobes.
After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and with a supplement.
For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
