The Terrazas Costa del Sol village is built around a pretty main square, filled with fountains and palm trees – giving you a feel of the surrounding region of Andalusia.
Cool off from the warm sunshine with a dip in the village’s infinity pool, where you can enjoy the fantastic views out over the Mediterranean Sea and the impressive Rock of Gibraltar. You can also choose to soak up the sun on the nearby beach, complete with a beach featuring sun loungers and a convenient tapas bar. Various activities for children are offered by the property for free.
Each spacious and air-conditioned apartment comes with fine, contemporary decor with local, Moorish touches. Each one comes with a fitted kitchen and opens onto a large, furnished terrace. Views are not guaranteed. A safe is available at an extra cost.
IMPORTANT: From 29th September, the resort will just have minimum services. 8h Reception, maintenance and one pool opened. The rest of the services, including restaurants, will be inoperative until summer season.

SERVICES:
A BABY KIT suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€)
When travelling with PETS please note that an extra charge applies: 12 EUR per pet and per day or 75 EUR per pet per week. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per apartment)
CLEANING SERVICES Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.
