The breakfasts were good. The rooms were clean. Very nice pool with bar. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The property is located in a quiet area, a short walk from the main street in the village of Perissa, a little longer walk from the beach. Approximately 5 minutes from the bus stop from where buses depart to the rest of the island. Affordable. We liked everything.

* Owner Mr. George was very nice and helpful * Cool pool and pool bar * Phevos Villa is located close to the center and Perissa beach - Too short shower curtain - when taking a shower the whole bathroom was flooded - The bathroom itself could be better equipped - Too little lighting in the room.
