good hotel and nice (but small) rooms.Our room.What a pity after being impressed with the public areas.The rooms are tiny our double was smaller than a single.The first room was in need of decoration and had NO bathroom door.It seemed to come as a suprise to the staff when we told them but they moved us immediately. However second room was just as small.As the bed is against the wall my husband had to climb over me to get to the loo during the night.Size of bedrooms smaller than they appear on photographs.

Everyone's different, but for me, apart from just basic cleanliness / quiet/ value for money etc., one very important feature I look for in a hotel is this: I want to check in quickly and then be left alone to relax just like I can relax in my own home, without silly rules and regulations, calls up to the room etc., and that's exactly what I got a Days Hotel, so I rate it highly.The location was not clear in the directions, which made it difficult tofind which was most annoying - especially as it was hosing down withrain on the night I was trying to get to the hotel!!

Perfect locationVery comfortable, clean and convenient/with good facilities room (plus a very good heating!)Perfect food (had breakfast included and tried room service)Room tiny. This is a conference hotel and our room was typically that for a single person. The bed was up against the wall and I had to climb over from the end to get in and then wedged up against the wall all night. Shower control temperamental and was either scalding or cold. At 11pm there was no point calling reception so no shower that night.

I thought the reception staff were friendly and approachable, the bar staff were excellent in fact all staff you saw had a smile.The hotel has a lovely friendly feel to it and I would definatley staff there again.

I had a quiet room. The hotel was pleasant and short walk from Piccadilly station. The room was small but clean, warm and everything was in working order - which can be quite rare even in 5star hotels. The hotel did not seem to have the slightly grimy and well used feel of other popular city centre hotels and was modern in concept. It was quite central with parking close by.Prices for a saturday night stay

Excellent value for money.Very good choice of breakast.If staying, do have the breakfast. Walking distance of Piccadilly station. Very helpful reception staff.The hotel staff did not take to my incoming phone calls so I missed these

The reception staff was lovely very polite and chattyVery noisy with other guests returning to their rooms, slamming doors etc. Why someone hasn't invented a "soft-close" option to all fire based doors is beyond me. Our room was also located directly behind the lift, so you could also hear the lift all night which didn't help.
