Nice location, the hotel is close to the main street, close to bus stops and supermarkets, within walking distance of the beach and other attractions in Playa de Palma. The room was clean. The bathroom was nice and well-kept. I liked the balcony and the view from the window.

Unfortunately, two out of three reception staff had trouble communicating in English. Although breakfast was served until 10 o'clock, after 9 o'clock the staff no longer added food to the buffet, so the choice was very limited.
