Spacious villas feature high ceilings and are fitted with a terrace opening out to the garden. They offer a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a wardrobe and a telephone. The en suite bathroom comes with a large standalone bathtub and a hairdryer.

Gordon's Saloon is the in-house dining, while The Planter’s Perch offers an open air "Al-Fresco" dining experience. The restaurant serves local and seasonal cuisines and a variety of Indian, Anglo-Indian and continental delicacies. Fresh estate coffee is also available. Bonfires & BBQs can be arranged on request.

The Lodge features a games room, library, home theater, dining, and an English rose garden with exciting plantations and trekking activities. Individual cottages include a private garden. Signature Old Kent Spa therapies are also available. Free private parking spaces are provided.

Old Kent is located about 14 km from Mercara (Madikeri) and the property is a two hour drive from the historic city of Mysore.
