Human and fair approach to dealing with the situation

The accommodation looks very cozy and clean, great location and nice people who really try to accommodate guests. I appreciate their humane and fair approach in dealing with a situation that could have happened to anyone. Such action deserves recognition. I would very much like to come back here on my next visit to Bari.
