The owner was very friendly. The room is located in an atmospheric house, which can be accessed by a helpful code. The bed was comfortable. The atmosphere was very cool. Free parking. Good location for my needs, a little off the beaten track in relation to downtown Toronto, there are many restaurants across the street. The city centre can be reached in half an hour by car.
