We stayed in a Junior Presidential Suite with fantastic views of the falls; just like the pictures on their website.Huge room and bathroom with spa bath, and very clean.The restaurant is lovely and the food is good. Would recommend to anyone to stay there.It's faraway from everywhere and there no direct way to the Niagrafalls and there is no Internet, they send confirmation email forcostumers but they don't send notice when they cancel the bookedwithout any care about people who come faraway places .

fabulous view from bedroom great service very clean1. Had to pay $20.00/day for outside parking- should have been free.2.No free wifi in the rooms.3.No complimentary breakfasts4.Movies on T.V. Cost more to watch than it would cost to buy.5.Rooms outrageously expensive for what you get. NOT Budget Friendly.6.Not offered to speak to the manager about our diss appointment with our 3 day visit.7.Would not recommend this hotel.

Great location and friendly staff. Comfortable. Terrace on the 3rd floorwas nice to watch the fireworks.At 20$ a night for self parking with so much space available I find ita bit high. I would also think as a Marriott club member internet wouldbe included.

the view of Niagara falls.1. The parking is not free. You have to pay 20$ per day which is more than 15% of the night price. And if you take your car to the falls.you have to pay again the parking.too much!2. The city view is not good at all you have to pay much more for the falls view (if it's available). 3. The swimming pool is really small.

The view from the Windows is fantasticAs with many places in Niagara in Ontario, parking costs $25 per dayextra. It can get confusing as to which Marriot you are staying atbecause there are 2 located right across from each other. Dining is moreexpensive than on the American side.
