Very friendly and helpful staffs! Everything looks new and clean. No hotel parking but it is pretty close to subway and you can even find free street parking if you are lucky.Two minor comments, the tv was not working but we didnt care much sincewe didnt travel all the way fron egypt to watcch tv and the second thingis the room balcony door didnt close shut properly or the actual fittingof the aluminum was letting in some amout of air. Nothing major thafaffected quality of sleep or comfort

I was in New York a lot. Had not seen such a nice hotel! All excellent, especially- ADRIENNE and FRANCIS!!!!!Breakfast room is small, but the pastries are good.

The hotel was easy to find and the gps took us right there. The hotel islocated across from a Holiday Inn. If you look up the address on GoogleMaps, the picture that is taken is rather old so the hotel was not builtyet but you can see the Holiday Inn. The location of the hotel wasexcellent -- just off of the Queensboro bridge, so if you are worriedabout the location being in a "sketchy" or bad area (as manypeople seem to think Queens is), no need. I came back to the hotel atnight on many occasions and was never worried about the walk. The walkto the subway station was only a 1.5 - 2 blocks away from the hotel(about 3 minutes, if that!), very convenient. Two trains come to thatstation (it seemed to be about every 5 minutes) that go right to everystop that's probably needed -- Central Park, Times Square, UnionSquare, Chinatown to name a few popular ones. The ride to Times Squarewas probably only 10 minutes. The trains that come to that station arealso easily found throughout the city, so it's always very easy toget to and from the hotel. I was never worried about whether I would beable to figure it out or not. There is no parking for the hotel, butright across the street is a parking garage that cost $20/day (Icame during the week, but I also don't think it was any moreexpensive during the weekend. Flat rate.) if you want to park your carfor extended periods, and there was also metered parking along thestreet that was available if you intend to drive your car throughout thecity (wouldn't recommend, travel is so easy without a car!) Thehotel was very clean and the bathrooms were excellent. Staff was veryhelpful and friendly. We were able to store our luggage there aftercheckout/before leaving the city. The hotel tags your bags, givesyou a matching claim tag, and locks the luggage in a safe closet locatedat the front desk. All without a charge!we have two single bed in the room and they are a little bit small.

Subway station very close. Only one subway stop between hotel andManhattan. The bed was very comfortable. Soaking tub in bathroom.Room was very small. No drawer space. No closet, just a short rod by thedoor with only 4 hangers. In room safe not big enough for a laptop. Nocoffee maker in the room. The room where the continental breakfast wasserved was very small. Hard to get in to get a cup of coffee in themorning. The only ice machine in hotel is in the breakfast room. Theirwebsite said they had hbo and showtime but they didn'T. After weused the 2 plastic cups and plastic liner in the ice bucket on the firstnight they were not replaced. We were there for 5 nights. Negativesoutweighed the positives and we wouldn't stay there again.

The staff are wonderful & very polite.The location just one block from Subway Train N is great. Just a few stops from Midtown.Breakfast included is just a name. I would not count on it if you need something more than just a muffin and a cup of juice
