Check-in Policy: Guests must check in between 2:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. After this time, reservations will be considered a "no-show" and canceled.

Late arrivals between 11:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. are permitted only with prior written approval from the property and are subject to a €35 cash fee per hour, payable upon check-in.

Identification: A valid ID is required at check-in. Please note that we are unable to accommodate guests under the age of 30.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property.

Cleanliness: Please help us maintain a clean environment by tidying up the Shared Bathroom after use.

Food Policy: For hygiene reasons, we ask that food not be brought into the rooms. Guests are responsible for cleaning and disposing of any food-related waste.

Communal Areas: Personal belongings, including shoes and clothing, should not be left in communal spaces.

Behavior and Visitors: Unauthorized visitors, disruptive behavior, or entering the property in a state of heavy intoxication will result in the loss of your €300 deposit, immediate cancellation of your stay, and potential reporting to local authorities.

Bicycles: Bringing bicycles into the property without prior authorization will incur a fee of €45 per bicycle.

Security: Please note that for your safety, a security camera is installed in the hall.

On-Site Owner: The property owner resides on-site and is available for assistance.

This property can be reserved for long periods of time, even for several consecutive months, without any inconvenience.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
