Tidy-Up Before Leaving Before check-out, kindly keep the apartment tidy and return any moved furniture to its original position. Trash Disposal Please dispose of all trash in the designated garbage room of the building. Noise and Quiet Hours Avoid excessive noise, especially during designated quiet hours. Violations may result in a minimum penalty of AED 600. Candles and Open Flames The use of candles, incense, or any open flame is not allowed due to fire safety regulations. Temporary Maintenance or Amenity Closures Please note that occasional maintenance work may affect building amenities such as the pool, gym, or parking without prior notice. These matters are beyond our control and do not entitle guests to refunds. Utility Disruptions While we ensure all facilities are in working order, temporary disruptions in electricity, water, internet, or gas supply may occur due to building or municipal issues. These do not warrant refunds. Same-Day Bookings For same-day bookings, we require at least one hour of preparation time after all guests have completed the online check-in and submitted valid ID copies. Personal Belongings We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guest Liability Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay, including by their visitors.
