We as landlords were not very delighted

For us tourists close to the center, to the castle, at the right hand, besides, during the night wind, there were shovels in the windows, besides, cold water in the shower, despite attention to the owner, no improvement,
besides, cold radiators at the time
Winter
it's a pity because the room is nicely made of class,
But for us it was too cold and there was no compilation, only the lower parts,????
and it's a pity, I wonder if someone would jump from the owners under such a cold water, greet the guesthouse leaders
