Guests must sign the property rental contract at check-in. For stays of more than 28 days, different policies and additional supplements will apply.
Please note that if your arrival date coincides with the same day you made the reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 PM. All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the accommodation.
Please note that children under 18 travelling without their parents must present a written statement with a copy of the parent or legal guardian's passport.

Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
Please note that it is located on a second floor with no elevator.
Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。

チェックインの際、写真付きの身分証明書とクレジットカードの提示が必要となります。特別リクエストは確約ではなく、チェックイン時の状況により利用できない場合があり、また追加料金が必要となる可能性があります。
