El propietari va ser molt amable. L'establiment està situat en una zona agradable, a prop del centre de Premantura i just a l'entrada del parc nacional de Kamenjak. Hi ha un aparcament privat davant de l'edifici. La senyora de la recepció va ser molt agradable i amable. L'apartament era adequat. Tot i que el balcó donava al carrer, era bastant tranquil. En general, tot està bé:).
