Locanda Silva is a small, cosy hotel managed by the Perut family and located in the heart of Venice, near Saint Mark's Square. Guests can enjoy views of Venetian rooftops from 2 terraces at the property.

All air conditioned, rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Complimentary WiFi is accessible throughout the premises.

Locanda Silva is set in a historic building. There are wooden beams on the ceiling in the breakfast room and lounge.

Facilities
Non-smoking rooms are available for guests who want to avoid the smell of tobacco smoke. The rooms are located in the main building of the hotel and are well equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. You will be able to enjoy the fresh air and peaceful surroundings of your room, knowing that you will not have to endure passive smoking. We invite you to take advantage of the warmth of our Hotel rooms, equipped with full heating. We understand how much your furry friends mean to you and how heartbreaking it is when you leave them behind, but unfortunately we do not allow pets at our accommodation. We want to provide an enjoyable experience for all our guests, so we decided that it would not be wise to have pets on the accommodation. We feel terrible not being able to accept pets in our facility, but at the same time, we have to prioritize the comfort and safety of all our customers. We offer many facilities such as free WI-FI and free breakfast, which we hope compensates for the fact that you will not be able to bring your pet with you for your stay. However, if you really can't bear the thought of parting with your beloved pet even for a few days, there are plenty of pet-friendly facilities nearby that could host both of you during your stay. Again, we apologize that the accommodation is unable to accept any pets at this time! Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
