The hotel is full of pop art!You could spend hours just checking the art out.It is a very cozy and friendly hotel.We were very impressed with how quiet it was.A great sleep for sure.Elevator was out of order so I had to go by stairs 4 floors. But Isuppose the price offered in part is because of it, so I do not complain

Great location, lovely room, awesome art!There is no restaurant. There is a continental breakfast available at a high price with limited choices.The mattress in our King-bedded executive suite was completely worn out. There was a very distinct peak in the middle and the mattress sloped away dramatically on both sides of the peak to the point where you felt you were falling out of bed. When we complained, the first two days we were told housekeeping would deal with it. The next day we were told that the manager was not returning the calls of the front desk. Then we were told there were no other rooms left. No discount or apology was offered, very disappointing at this price point. There is a coffee machine but we had to call down each morning as housekeeping never left us any coffee. The hotel offers a large room in a convenient location but don't expect first class amenities.

Enjoyed our stay at LHotel.Loved the art through-out the hotel.The staff was wonderful always accommodating and helpful.The location, in the old historical section of Montreal, was wonderful.Walking distance to everything.The room, though lovely, was a teenie small.but.surely comfortable.Rented a car, so it was valet parked at the hotel parking is NOT cheap at any of the hotels in Montreal.I'd say for the price and location of this boutique hotel.it's a good value!!I'd stay there again.

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi upon our arrival, we were treated wonderfully by the doormen, concierge and front desk personnelat LHotel. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, our room was beautiful, bed was comfortable, and the location was great! We will definitly stay at LHotel again whenever we travel to Montreal! Thank you so much to the staff for making our first visit to Montreal so memorable!
