Please inform Villa Les Sablons 15pers near Disneyland & Paris of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 10:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
- Guests undertake to respect the number of occupants on the property authorized by the owner or the owner's representative.
- Guests undertake to respect the neighbours.
- Failure to comply with rules of procedure may result in full deposit being charged, the reservation may be cancelled and any fees charged will not be refunded.
- A security deposit of € 1000 is required by bank imprint. The requested amount is not debited at the time of deposit, which does not affect the bank ceiling. The bank imprint will be released automatically after your stay if no damage has been found and no violation of the rules of procedure.

For each reservation, a civil liability insurance certificate less than 3 months old must be provided.
