The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Comfortable beds. Decent bathroom. You could open the windows. Good location, in a nice neighborhood with many bars and restaurants, close to the metro, about 5 minutes walk. Approximately 25 minutes from Gare du Nord and about the same from the Eiffel Tower. For my needs, everything was fine.
