In the large (about 50 square meters) living room there is a three-seater couch, a flat-screen TV, a desk, an antique cupboard, a comfortable leather armchair with footstool, a fireplace, an antique dining table with 6 leather chairs and a Ligne Roset Sofa bed, which is equipped with a topper. The lying area is 160x200 m. There is also an antique chest of drawers. An extra guest toilet is adjacent to the sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen with built-in furniture, large refrigerator, fully automatic coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster extends from this living room. The bed room with a walk-in shower and bathtub as well as a towel radiator is adjacent to the bedroom. The bedroom also has exposed beams, a large box spring bed, an antique wardrobe, 1 chair and oak parquet. There are radiators in all rooms except for the guest toilet.
