Located in the centre of Playa del Carmen, 300 metres from Playa del Carmen Beach and 2 km from ADO International Bus Station, Klem Residence offers a rooftop pool and air conditioning. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment also offers facilities for disabled guests.

Each unit comes with a sofa, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a well-fitted kitchen with a dining area, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a hair dryer. Some units include a terrace and/or a balcony with city views and an outdoor dining area. The units will provide guests with a microwave.

Kids pool is also available for guests at the apartment.
