The room and bathroom were clean. Parking near the property. The hotel is located on a small street and close to the old town of Saint-Malo, about a 10-minute walk. Close to many places to eat. I can't comment on breakfast because I haven't had breakfast. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Everything was fine for one night.
