Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit.
Please note if the reservation is canceled, the total amount plus all fees (including the service charge and taxes) are non-refundable.
Sea Wall repairs to started April 2018 on the south end of the resort and is expected to run thru Oct 2018.
Plumbing project is scheduled to begin again April 2018, with the repair and the replacement of the drain lines both horizontal and vertical that will affect this unit.
Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival.
