Please note that the credit card used for bookings must be presented upon check-in for verification purposes. The name on the credit card must match the guest’s name checking in.

Please note that if you would like to request an invoice for your reservation, you should contact the property in advance and provide it with the invoicing details. Write that you need an invoice and your company details in the Special Requests box.

All reservations in the period 14-16 April 2023 have Easter Celebration Lunch included on 16.04.2023, from 11:30h until 14:30h.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Interhotel Sandanski of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Refunds for cancelled reservations will be made in the same manner in which payment was received. Refunds are made within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
