The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is well located, at the end of the promenade but rather close to the center of Ohrid, right on the lake. The room was nice. The breakfast buffet was small but rather sufficient. - Not very clean tablecloth in the dining room. - Elevator that can only be entered by two people..
