La Table de Saint-Vital, the hotel restaurant, features creative regional cuisine inspired by the products of the territory and the seasons. Chef Frédéric Cornu preserves the tradition and flavour of authentic Normande cuisine. The restaurant is closed on Sunday evening, Monday evening/noon and Thursday evening. Mandatory reservation. In the warmer months, guests can enjoy a meal or a drink on the panoramic terrace.
