The location is perfect, quiet, very near to the center of the historic city.The boss was polite and kindly. Breakfast was a bit simple but ok for my require of losing weight. Room always clean and shower room was comfortable. It could be my last choice if I will be there again.The breakfast could be improved.

Great rooms that had ambiance and space. The suites are lovely. FANTASTIC location for exploring Quebec City. GREAT STAFF!!! They were very helpful with reservations, parking, planning, and events.The parking lot was full so we had to go to the public parking.

Great location; very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. I should have paid for on-site parking.The difference in price betweent that a garage parking was minimal. Bed was very firm!Nothing. I would return and suggest this hotel to friends.

Great location. Quiet but took 20 min to get car from valet parking.Breakfasr very goodThe employees are hard to identify, having no common costume so much sothat another customer thought I was an employe!! They also seemed quitea bit disorganized and unprofessional. As a customer, we did not knowwho was who and what their responsabilities were, it really felt likethey were improvizing and I never felt like they were even interrestedin knowing if we enjoyed are stay! Our king size bed mattress must havebeen 20 year old! And one of the bed corner post was broken. Let's justsay that I would not go back
