The resort fee is a Club Card which includes the access to entertainment, junior club, umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach.
The Club card is mandatory for all guests older than 4 years old.

Adequate but not quality provision
This was our first experience of the Hotel in summer season. We were aware of Italian holidays in August. The hotel was busier but still not manic despite late parties on our first week for a religious festival. We just felt that SOME of the standards had dropped a little in terms of customer care.
Fair enough high demands entertainment especially for little people and some of the activities e.g water polo were great fun, fantastic effort by the team. The poolside music was a different experience and at times inappropriate for families. In my opinion some of the music by 50 cent for example (which I do listen to) contains lyrics that are racist and offensive. Also the music at times was too loud to enable a comfortable day by the pool relaxing.
The staff in general are fantastic and will always try to help; night staff and reception sorted a disturbance outside our balcony on nights, sometimes loud until 2am.
Paolo, Rosario and most of the bar staff were accommodating. However one member of staff made facial gestures and uncomfortable huffs when she was asked for what was probably a more unconventional order; Perhaps when she was busy. Most unwelcoming, hardly felt exceptional service from her.
Overall we still had a great holiday and we do still think the hotel is fantastic. If I do return though I may avoid summer because of the noise and profanity in music; I may also just pack my own coffee machine to avoid annoying bar management.
