The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are simple but clean with a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave, etc., the location is perfect. The E train to the JFK Airtrain is 10 steps away from the front door.Wi fi.horrible experience.i requested for it. Nothing happen,plenty theI requested Matt for this no avail.i stay there for eleven days.i don'tget any wi fi at all.bad experience.i don't understand why is anotherco. Involved.it is scary because the ask visa info. And you don't knowthem at all. Scary.

We stayed at Hotel 309 for a week and it was a ver nice place. In few words, it was in the middle of everything. Just a couple blocks away of incredible restaurants, bars, rooftops, stores, you name it.Bathrooms were always clean and available and Mayelin was really helpful and she is a great host.For sure we'll go back.A bit noisy at times, especially at night
