ENG: Hostel Universus is located in a historic building of the former Royal Stables at Podgarbary 10, in the heart of Gdańsk’s Old Town. Since the 14th century, this site has been home to the City Court (Stadthof) – a group of municipal buildings associated with the City Council. The hostel, housed in a historic stable dating back to 1616, stands as a unique testament to the history of Gdańsk’s Main Town.

The property is just 50 meters from Ulica Długa, one of Gdańsk’s main tourist arteries, and is close to the most important landmarks and attractions, including The Artus Court, Neptune’s Fountain, The Crane over Motława, and numerous museums, such as the Museum of the Second World War and the Museum of Solidarity. Hostel Universus is an ideal base for exploring Gdańsk, Hel, Kashubia, and nearby attractions.
