All the staff were very nice and extremely polite. The room was small but cozy. Good location, on a relatively quiet street, near the center of Madrid. Close to the night bus stop with a connection to the airport. The room was a little outdated but good value for money. Poor sound insulation, you could clearly hear conversations from other rooms.
