If the guest is found to have brought more people than advised on the booking, this will be a breach of our terms and conditions and the booking will be cancelled. 1. If you are bringing pets to this property, these are subject to approval and payment of a pet fees. A pet fee is payable in all cases without any exceptions.

3. Failure to disclose pets and bringing pets to the property without payment of fees will result in loss of damage deposit and the property will be obligated to take action accordingly.
4. Only well trained and well behaved pets are allowed to this property.
5. If any damages are caused as a result of pets in the property, guests will be liable to pay such damages which will be strictly enforced without exception.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
