These spacious and cozy suites feature a private living room and a terrace, offering a comfortable setting with a refreshing tropical garden view. This room type is available on the ground floor only. Guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen, equipped with basic cooking facilities, to prepare their meals. Each suite is 45 sqm and thoughtfully divided into the following areas: Living Room: A comfortable space with a sofa, 42" flat-screen TV, desk, fridge, tea/coffee setup, hand soap, fan, blinds, and blackout curtains, plus a private terrace for relaxation. Bedroom: Premium mattress with king-size bed (180x200x35 cm) with a pillow top, a bunk bed, fresh linen, air conditioning, and a dressing table for added convenience. Bathroom: Hot/cold rain shower, wardrobe, essential amenities, and fresh towels for a comfortable stay. Weekly and Monthly Facilities Include: ✓ Electricity, TV Cable, and Wi-Fi, ✓ Cleaning service (3x per week), ✓ Fresh linen and towels (2x per week). Additional Information: Minimum check-in age is 18, shared parking is available, pet are not allowed.
